Battery life sucks. No shot by shot review. Why?

The battery is often almost depleted by the end of 18 holes. Scorecards are missing the shot by shot review. software is up to date I have uninstalled and reinstalled garmin golf on my phone numerous times. shot by shot on the scorecard is missing more often than available. I would not recommend purchasing the s60. It wasn't cheap and for the price it should work flawlessly. Each time I have to deal with its glitches I regret buying it. Garmin needs to have a better way for customers to contact garmin for product support. If you have any suggestions and/or improvements, please share.

Keep in mind the factors that affect battery life with lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. Age of the battery, amount of charge cycles, and settings/features all factor into the performance and useful life…

Keep in mind the factors that affect battery life with lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. Age of the battery, amount of charge cycles, and settings/features all factor into the performance and useful life of the lithium-ion rechargeable battery within your Approach S60.

Regarding the concern you mentioned with shots no longer showing on your scorecards, I would consider double-checking checking the AutoShot and Other Features on Garmin Golf Watches and Devices support page to ensure all of the requirements are being met during your rounds for the Autoshot feature to record.

You should notice during the round if a shot is being detected by the banner appearing at the top after the S60 has detected a full swing shot. You can also enable Club Prompt to get a more immediate/obvious indication of the shot being detected throughout the round.
