For the past three rounds I have scorecard only but without shots...
Normally each hole was visible behind the scorecard and each shot was presented.
Help needed.

Hi it sounds like you are having the same problem I am.
After playing the round I save the scorecard, then when I open the app up and try to view it everything is blank.
So frustrating. I did contact garmin and all they respond with was a load of links to tell you how to do everything but solve the issue.
I have today sent a follow up email and a screen shot so hopefully they understand a bit easier.
Lol guys I'm on the same page, just last 5 rounds. I tried by erasing all rounds, but it didn't work. Just made another post. Let's see if they give us a solution here
Hello, please make sure the software on the watch is up to date. We released an update several weeks back to address issues with missing shot data after a successful sync.
Update Golf Courses and Device Software on an Approach
Once updated and synced with Garmin Express, the missing shot data and any future shot data will sync properly over Bluetooth.
If for some reason the issue persists, please hover over my name and send me a private message.
I use Fenix 6X Pro and I 've no more mesure of the length shots.
Same here, no shot distance at top of watch face
The new software seems to fix the bug.
hello anyone found an answer, I have a forerunner 955 and partner has an s42 both show same issue.
I use the Approach S62 and have the same problem. Played several rounds. The Garmin Golf app only shows the scores but not the shots info, so frustrating. I have everything updated. I found threads about this issue from 3 years ago but Garmin didn't do anything to fix it. So disappointed esp with the cost of the watch and it doesn't work as advertised. I might go back to using Golfpad app.
The shot data will display once the scorecard is selected, below the template frame showing the scores for each hole. Each hole will be listed in blue below the scorecard template after the scorecard is selected, so selecting the hole will then reveal each shot on the hole with a map on the background.
If you are not seeing the shot data, confirm that the requirements for autoshot are being met per the https://www8.garmin.com/manuals-apac/webhelp/approachs62/TH-TH/GUID-9C389352-4E90-42BD-8510-2382B8482CD8-1871.html manual page in the link.
Scoring must be enabled, and the information for score, stat tracking, and club prompt must be entered right after being prompted on the screen of the watch in order for the information to display.
This post is related to discussions on the Approach S60 specifically, and you may access further discussion regarding the Approach S62 on the https://forums.garmin.com/outdoor-recreation/golf/f/approach-s62 posts page for that product specifically.
If you continue to have concerns, contacting Garmin Support for a solution would be the next advisable step.
I have the same problem (with VIVOACTIVE 4):
- the watch is updated
- the android App is updated (also the Garmin Express on the PC is updated)
- I already synched with Garmin Express in the past few days
- the auto shot is active and is working (I can see the distance during the game in the watch and the shots recorders in the Garmin Connect web site, golf section)
- in the Garmin connect web site, golf section, scorecard I can see my rounds and the shot details, distance, positions, etc...
- all rounds recorded before 04/04/2023 are showing the shot details in the Android app, all rounds recorded since 04/04/2023 cannot show the shot details in the Android app
