Garmin S62 - Club Prompt not working

I have now played 3 rounds with my S62 and have ensured club prompt is turned on each time however it has never worked. Now one shot in 3 rounds has activated a prompt. This is disappointing as this is the only reason i bought the watch. i may as well just use my Fenix 6 which i already have

any advice would be welcome.

i can see this going back to garmin

Hello, can you make sure that the software on the watch is up to date?

I imagine you have Club Prompt and Stat Tracking enabled in the Golf Settings?

Please also make sure you are wearing the watch on your lead wrist. It may have difficulty detecting the impact between the club and the ball if it isn't.
