Incorrect Distances Garmin Approach S2

Garmin Approach S2

This morning for the first time ever my S2 started giving me seriously incorrect distances, e.g. fairway marker 150yds / S60 205yds. distances were way out?

I have had my S2 since March 2017.

I rebooted twice but distances were still way out. I rebooted a third time, by this time I was at the 17th hole and everything came back into line.

Was there a glitch in the satellite system?

Can I run a diagnostic on my watch?

Any recommendations?

To make sure the watch is running optimally, you can run updates with Garmin Express. Otherwise if the watch is working, it's possible it was just a glitch with the device.
