I enable Keep Score but after the first hole it stops.

Did you perform the reset steps above on the watch? If so and the issue persists, please reach out your regional Golf Product Support team. They will need to assist you with exchanging the watch.

You can make sure the software on the watch is up to date with Garmin Express.

A reset of the watch may be required (sync your watch before doing the below):

Press Menu button > Settings > System > Restore Defaults > Yes

Morning Rob, No the watch doesn't freeze, when I have finished the first hole and entered the score it transitions to the next hole. When I've finished the next hole it then goes onto the next hole without giving me the option to enter my score. the watch has the up-to-date software.
