On S60 watch my Walk App does not count steps nor distance for the past two weeks. I have reset factory setting but no change/fix. I started having this issue after SW update I think 7.50. I have tried to see if any new updates released for a fix but I have not seen anything posted. Golf app is working with GPS ok.
Does the activity sync over and display those walk stats in the Garmin Connect app? If you have factory reset the watch and it is up to date and are experiencing this issue, it may be best to reach out…
We released an update for the watch yesterday. You can try updating the software on the watch with Garmin Express.
