Hello! Please connect the watch to the charging cable and do the following:
Press and hold power button in for 30 seconds
Release power button and then immediately press and hold it in for another 15 seconds
You can release the button if the watch powers on. If it does not, please reach out to your regional Golf Product Support team. We would be happy to further assist.
