S60 not tracking shots

I have update software and the mobile app. Settings all set accordingly but shot distances do not show up on saved scorecards. This feature was working until most recent update and now does not.

Do you recall getting the AutoShot banner towards the top of the watch after hitting the ball with the distance? Can you also ensure that scoring is enabled on the watch just in case this…

Select Menu button > Settings > Apps & Activities > Golf > Golf Settings > Scoring

Make sure Scoring is On.

But AutoShot Banner, I assume you mean the yardage reading you get after hitting a shot and then walking to your ball. As I walk, the banner at the top does tell me how far until I take another shot or get to the green. Also, Scoring is On. My scorecards show up after each round but do not include the hole-by-hole breakdown showing shots and distances of each.

Can you both try to sync with Garmin Express? Also, was this after updating the Garmin Connect app? Did we also update the Garmin Golf app? We could try uninstalling and reinstalling the apps.

I've tried syncing with Garmin Express but same issue (plus it doesn't make much to play golf and then have to connect your watch to a laptop; the whole design is to have this work with your phone.). I can't be sure but I believe it did start happening after updating the Connect app. I also update Golf app and tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Having the same problem. Wont display the shot distances on the scorecard on the phone. When I sync it to garmin express it shows on the laptop. After that when I check the phone it displays it as it did before.

Hi, yes scoring is definitely on, and the autoshot banner appears telling me yarding in situ. The last round I had that showed shots was 4th of April, but then since my round on the 12th of April it hasn't recorded shots (4 rounds since then).
