s60 Notifications not showing

Afternoon,

My Garmin S60 has not been showing any notifications for a number of weeks now and hasnt really constantly since i purchased it in January. The watch syncs with my phone and connects via bluetooth but no issues with this. Can you please confirm there is an issue with notifications not working and when this will be resolved?

  • It's a gamble with notifications. For weeks I didn't get anything displayed on the watch. For the last week, however, it seems to be working fine.

    Check the settings on the smartphone regarding notifications. Is the app up to date? Possibly delete the watch on all devices and in the app and reconnect. Maybe that will help.
