New Approach CT10s not pairing with Approach S60 watch

I used my Approach S60 last summer.  This past fall I bought 6 CT10 sensors.  Today I attempted to pair them to my watch.  Followed all instructions and even worked with the Garmin support via Chat.  Was asked to download Garmin Express.  Did that.  Downloaded updates to my watch (1 later) and attempted to pair sensors again.  Still not being found.  Why?   SO frustrated with this product.  Why would I need to download updates from a Garmin Express forcing me to own a pc (that I don't and had to borrow one)?   Why do the sensors not find my watch?   Looking for a exchange of these CT10s or full refund for faulty product that just seems to be way beyond Garmin's skills and abilities at this time.  Maybe in 5 years they can figure this technology out.

  • I am sorry you have had so many issues with your Approach CT10 sensors. There is no logical reason why it would be difficult to get them to be seen when there are thousands in use worldwide that connect easily the way they are intended to.

I would lean towards there being an issue with your CT10 sensors themselves. Please do not hesitate to call Golf Product Support to get your CT10 sensors replaced. They should not be problematic the way you are describing. My sincere apologies for the issue.
