Connector Issues

I have had my S60 for over a year now. many issues with charging and connecting to Garmin Express. I have cleaned the connectors, used different computers etc, replaced the cable and still have intermittent problems.

extremely frustrating for an expensive watch. not sure what the next step is. please advise..

i tried burnishing the contacts which seems to have resolved the problem. at least i can download data and charge the watch. regardless, the connector design is definitely the weak link in this product.
