My watch is not uploading my daily scorecards when I sync, none since December, have I accidentally turned something off? It still works on the course.

How do I upload my rounds to Garmin connect? It used to do it automatically

  • Nothing should have changed for your scorecards syncing as long as you are keeping score and saving your scorecard. You can Bluetooth sync your scorecard through the Garmin Golf APP on your smartphone or directly plug your watch into your computer USB port and use Garmin Express so sync your scorecard to then see it in your Golf APP or on Garmin Connect web.

    Things you can try:

    - Ensure your Golf APP is fully updated on your smartphone by going to your Google Play or Apple APP store

    - Update your watch using Garmin Express on your computer

    - Soft reset your watch by holding down your middle right power button until it shuts off, then let go

    - Factory Reset - S62 Factory Reset

    If you continue to have an issue, delete the Golf APP off your smartphone and remove your watch from your smartphone's Settings > Bluetooth menu. If still no luck despite all the troubleshooting, please reach out to Golf Product Support. We will be happy to assist you further.
