Please fully uninstall Garmin Express off your computer and install it again using this Support Center article - Full Uninstall of Garmin Express

If your Approach S60 is not showing as a device drive on your computer, use the Restoring Defaults to fully reset your watch.
If after all above troubleshooting steps your computer does not see your watch, test it with any other computer to confirm if your issue is the watch itself. You will need to reach out to your countries Golf Product Support if your watch fails to connect to any computer you connect it to.
