I can’t figure out how to use the walk app

before playing a round of golf, I pull up the apps and choose walk.
it says wait

then it says ready

what do I do next? Sometimes I get home and it recorded my walk and sometimes it doesn’t. And I’m not doing anything.

seems like I should be able to pull it up during a during a round and see how far I have walked.

You will not use the Walk APP while Golfing. When you record a round of golf, your watch will record both a scorecard for golfing and an activity that is metrics of the golf activity, much like using the Walk APP for an actual walk, that will show your all your metrics and walking up and down the courses etc.

what do you do when the golf activity does not show up. I can see it on my watch but I have sync'd via phone and cable and it still does not show up. I called customer support. they said to get the 2 activities, I need to select golf then select walking activity.

You watch will only be able to run one activity at a time. When you start the Golf activity, it will track your round of golf, which will included shots, distance, steps and score. But that activity should sync to your app. I am sending you a private message to gather additional details.
