Live Golf Round Tracking System

I love my S60 golf watch and am considering purchasing the CT10 club tags. I’d like to have a minimally-invasive (don’t want to manually input data into a phone app) ‘system’ to have a friend or family member ‘watch’ my rounds in real-time and also have all the benefits of post-round analytics and the benefits of a robust online ‘community’ (leaderboards, competitions, challenges, etc). I’d like to start the round from my watch, then simply ‘swing away’.

I’d like my friends or family members to be notified that I start a round of golf, and have them view a current scorecard as well as a map of all my shots (clubs used, distances, precise locations of shots).

What is the best way to achieve this?

This would be the closest you can get to what you are describing - Creating or Setting up a Tournament in the Garmin Golf App

If I purchase the CT10 sensors, and create a tournament for every round I play, can someone who doesn't have a garmin account 'watch' my rounds and see my shots/clubs used?

No. Not in live real time unless you are golfing a tournament together. You can set your Privacy level on your Garmin Connect account to public for others to see your uploaded Golf scorecards or you can keep your account private but add family and friends as connections. They can then see your uploaded golf scorecards and activities and you can see theirs on their GC account.

Any update with this feature? It seems like a real missed opportunity here. I activated Live Track to notify people when I golf and track my position, but would be cool if they could see my shots/ scorecard as well

The information is only viewable through leaderboards, as this will not share as in-depth as live tracking activities does in the Garmin Connect mobile app.

There are no further announcements at this time regarding more live scoring features being added, but that is not to say more features will not be added. If any become available, users will be notified if/as they become available.
