Club Data missing is an issue on our end that has been given the highest priority in the last 24 hours when it first appeared.

UPDATE 9/28/2020:

This issue has been resolved. You should now see any missing club stat data.

I believe it will be resolved soon given that it impacts all golf customers worldwide. This issue is not dependent on a new software update (if it had been caused by a device software update with a bug for example) so it should be resolved quickly.

It is our highest priority to resolve.

Just got my CT10 sensors and was trying to figure out what I did wrong for the club selection to not show on my app. Good to know it's not me ;-). Please update me once this has been fixed. Thanks

There was an issue where clubs had gone from previous rounds and club stats had gone. I can see that has now been sorted. However whilst playing a round the caddie function on the S62 doesn’t recognise my clubs and distances. It keeps saying 5W when I don’t have one. I have just finish a round and the clubs are not there that I selected for each shot. This happened on Friday 25/09/20 and Sunday 27/09/20.

Same. Club data is back but yesterday’s round didn’t keep any of the new club data. Every shot is blank. This is pushing me towards returning the watch.

I'm still missing all of my club data. All the hole by hole breakdowns on my scorecard(s) show Unknown next to all my shots.
