Scorecards are not appearing on Garmin connect. Can see last round on watch but won't register on connect.

I have updated the watch. I have updated the Garmin Connect.

Garmin connect shows the activity (steps taken) but won't show the scorecards. Last round is accessible via watch face but won't show up on the web app. I tried uploading the data on the watch via direct upload but I get a "problem with file" and it won't upload.

  • When you receive a problem with file error, the file is often bad or corrupt even if you can still see the data from that file in your watch history.

    If by direct upload, you mean directly plugging into your computer USB port and using Garmin Express, you have tried everything possible and the best direction to take now will be to delete the corrupted file off your Approach S60 watch.

    Please follow this article - Deleting Activity Files From an Outdoor Handheld to clear the contents of the Activity folder on your watch. You should not have any further issues with future saved scorecards unless there is a much more serious issue with your watch. You should be good to go now.

    hi,

    Garmin does not repair fit files

    Garmin always says, delete or clear the folder Slight smile

    I really hope you did not clear the ACTIVITY folder yet

    without the file, no solution Slight smile

    check if you can repair your file with help of FitFileRepairTool (license needed)

    or

    with your consent we can have a look at your file with FitFileRepairTool

    zip the fit file and upload here in the forum (drag & drop the zip file on your new post)

    or provide a link to it on a cloud storage
