Autoshot feature does not work at all

i have just purchased the S60 approach watch and had 3 rounds of golf , the autoshot feature does not seem to be working at all , i have had 1 or 2 holes where it has shown me distances to ball , but the feature does not seem to work for me , i have both checked on app and online , information is the same.

I am very dissapointed as i have bought this watch based on this feature, i have been through all the settings and i believe i have the watch set correctly .

The swing tempo feature also only works when i have the watch on my opposite arm to what it is set too

any ideas ?

2638445 - You should be getting 8-10 hours of GPS use with your new Approach S60. If your battery continues to act the same, please return it back to Amazon as defective for another new one within your…

This concerns me. I just bought a S60. The battery barely lasted a full round. I was left with 3% and 6% after each round. The second time I checked the battery at the turn and it was 67%. Cool. I can deal with 35% charge after a round as that would allow for some battery aging. But this? Have a replacement watch, courtesy of Amazon, so we’ll see. But the S60 seems to have more systemic problems.

My S60 (two years old) will be about 50% battery after a 4hr round (more if faster). It does need a top up before playing 36 so is not ideal.

For the Autoshot issue - just check which wrist you have it set to work on for left or right handed golfer. Mine has worked almost faultlessly so it can do it. Just check the setup carefully.
