Steps not syncing. Golf activity appears, but steps from round don’t transfer.

Approach s60 works well for golf, scoring, etc.
round appears in Garmin connect after, but steps from round do not transfer.

have tried syncing, updating, changing which watch is primary activity tracker.

new issue this golf season, worked fine in previous years.

With no pattern of reports for your steps issue since the last software update was released in March 2020 - it is an issue with your Approach S60 that needs to be addressed.

With no pattern of reports for your steps issue since the last software update was released in March 2020 - it is an issue with your Approach S60 that needs to be addressed.

Please try the following steps:

- Hard Reset - Resetting the Device

- Perform a Full Reset using the Restore Defaults in this support center article - Restore Defaults
