Autoshot not activating

My new watch S60 is a total let down, please know where I can send it back, I live in Mexico and the watch you sold me does not work and now reading the forum its a common problem and you guys know it does not work.

The best thing about the watch is the fact that it can measure your shots and it does not work, I should have bought the cheapest watch that gives me the distance to the front, middle and back. I have wasted my money and I am not happy.

If you choose to return it, you can contact the retail store that you purchased it from for options. If you are outside of their return window, please contact Product Support through our Garmin Support Center and speak with the Golf team.

Hi , I had similar issues ie. Shot distance not working. I had set the watch to the big numbers setting which subsequently didn't show shot distance , once I had reset it to normal everything was ok

How interesting and after numerous mails back and forth with Garmin they could not tell me that. Cant wait to sneek back out on the course and see if this works, thanks very much.

Yes I wasnt impressed with them either, problem was resolved on this forum. Good luck

So I turned off Big Numbers, stat tracking is on, club prompt is on and it still does not work. Walked to the golf club today, turned it on and it did not work, came home, took the watch off and put it down on my desk and it asked me what club I had used!!!!

Now Garmin asked me to send the watch back and for $385 USD plus taxes and shipping they would swap my watch for the S62, really not impressed at all with this.
