Shots not showing on course map

my last few rounds do not show my shots in the map on the app. It just shows blank holes. On some holes you can see my other shots on different holes. Has anyone else had this problem.

It was released this week. I used the Garmin Express app on my computer to sync and upgrade a few days ago. I haven’t tested my watch yet since playing is banned in my state (PA) right now.

My round on 3/22 shows the scorecard and the shots. My rounds on 3/28 and 3/29 show the scorecard, but no maps with the shots. I accepted an update yesterday.

Update 4/2/2020:

If you are not seeing your shots in the Android Golf APP, the issue has been confirmed and we are going to be releasing a new Android Golf APP version as soon as possible that will resolve the bug. Your scorecard shots will still show in your Garmin Connect account online.

Please note, if you are using an Android phone with the Golf APP, starting about March 23rd, your shots may not be always showing properly in some circumstances. They are accurately depicted on your Garmin Connect online. (This is unrelated to the 7.30 software update that was released for your Approach S60 on March 27th that addressed Autoshot data.)

I'm having the same trouble. Not sure what to do. Happens every other round. Shots aren't tracked on the app and online.

For anyone that sees this forum thread - if you are not seeing your Autoshot/Shot tracking in the Golf APP and/or Garmin Connect online on your scorecard, please highlight my name and send me a Private Message.

Our engineers continue to work on resolving this issue and we are collecting customer examples.
