Shots not showing on course map

Unfortunately the only fix is to reset your watch back to its factory settings. That’s been the only way I’ve fixed it with my watch and it’s happened twice so far in a year. 

So it’s still in beta? I’d love if Chris from Garmin can comment on this. 

Does the pattern suggest you are missing Autoshot data in the Golf APP? Also, are you using the iOS Golf APP or the Android Golf APP?

I haven’t noticed a pattern. It worked for probably 30-40 rounds last year until around fall when it stopped working. A factory reset fixed it but for only 5-7 rounds and then I had to factory reset my S60 again. I use the CT10 sensors too. I’m an iPhone user so the iOS app. 

Thank you for the information. I checked with all available resources and confirmed we are releasing a new firmware software update expected to make your Approach S60 more consistent that will resolve this issue. I do not have a firm release date but I was given the impression the release is impending and the firmware software is about ready.

Very frustrating. Recent rounds, the garmin golf app wouldn't show the hole during round as described here. But post-round the shots would show on the app on my phone. I read the suggestion to start the round first on phone, then watch before playing so I did that yesterday and that worked. I could see the hole layout but it wouldn't keep score on phone or advance holes even though the phone and watch were connected. Now even though the scorecard is reflected on the app, the hole by hole detail that includes each shot and distance won't populate. It seems my choices are play without using the app and review the round afterward. Or use the app during the round but have no post-round review of each hole detail (shots and distance). Come on, Garmin. This shouldn't be so wonky. 

any update on the release?

It was released this week. I used the Garmin Express app on my computer to sync and upgrade a few days ago. I haven’t tested my watch yet since playing is banned in my state (PA) right now.
