charge problem and contacts damaged

Hello,

I have trouble for chargin the S60.

I have changed the cable but the trouble still exist.

I have taken a photo for the wathc and I have seen that the contacts are damaged.

Has anybody encountered this problem ?

I hope that Garmin can change my watch ....

i can see corrosion on contacts, after more then 1 Year wearing the S60 daily.This issue is well known on the fenix 5 series. So i guess its the same problem.

Make sure you always clean…

i can see corrosion on contacts, after more then 1 Year wearing the S60 daily.This issue is well known on the fenix 5 series. So i guess its the same problem.

Make sure you always clean your watch from sweat and dirty and be sure to dry the contacts before charging. In my case i will observe the contacts now, if its getting worst i will need to contact Garmin for a change.

Hello Joti,

I have send my watch to the support. But I must wait about 3 to 4 weeks for a repair !!!!

It is scandalous

i am having same problem.

Spent $ to buy new charging cable and less than one month- same problem !!
