Unable to unlock maps

Hello all,

I have connected my approach S60 to garmin express on my computer to synchronise it.

I was ok but after disconnect the watch, I saw a message on the screen watch : unable to unlock maps

I have reinstalled all the maps but the message is still here !!

What can I do to solve this trouble ?

Hi,

connect your S60 to your pc, open with a file explorer the directory \Garmin\Golf on your S60 and delete all files there.

Before disconnecting the S60 disable the the USB connection.

Sometimes you have to do this several times, because it can come back and also restart you S60. I had this also sometimes it also can come back ... unfortunately ...

I have deleted the content of Garmin/golf folder and reinstalled all the map courses.

Then switch off and on the watch and everything is OK
