Garmin Express not synchronizing scorecards since July 20th

after connecting to GE it says it is synchronizing but last scorecard is dated July 20th although I playde more than 10 times since then.

Factory reset didnt help.

i just log direct into garmin unless i want to update software or courses. scorecards show in there fine, also ok in the app on android.
