Rounds not being synced to Garmin Connect on iPhone

I have the same issue on my Approach S60 as reported also in the S20-thread. Last 4 rounds not being synced over to mobile. All functions during the rounds seems to have worked as expected, including shot detection, scoring, "save" after the rounds et al. Then - nothing ...
Interestingly though, number of steps are being synced.

Have tried to sync also directly linked to Mac. Sync is reported as working but no rounds or stats are transferred over.

Hi,

I had this several times, mostly when I tried to connect later to my pc and the USB was not recognized.

The only action that helped me, was 'set to factory settings'. New rounds where now synchronized on GCM.

The only disadvantage was: reload my watch face and organize my apps on the S60.

Txs - might have to follow your advice although still hoping for a more userfriendly solution from Garmin.
