Updating issue

Good day

Could you please help me to troubleshoot. My S60 is up to date when syncing information to my Golf Dashboard (Last round played)

The Connect Dashboard shows that I must update (I have not been able to do this for some time)

UPDATE AVAILABLE:

Your Version: 6.10

Latest Version: 7.10

I open Garmin Express to do the updates, the message will say it has just been synced.

I go to the details of the Items I have ready to install (Various)

I view details, and select Version 7.10 (5.65MB) and click install.

I get the notes, and then the error (There was an error installing the update)

I cannot seem to update anything - PLEASE HELP

I agree. It would be nice if everything had a direct answer. There is an Approach S60 Support Center full of FAQs, video walk-through, and troubleshooting with solutions.

Can i get these instructions as well - i seem to be able to update and sync - yet i also get this message - and i dont know why- as it seems to have updated......
