No graphical hit recordings available today ...

very frustrating ... scorecard correct transmitted to GCM and GC, but no graphical hits ...
On Thursday it was all ok ... same location, same holes ...
  • I have the same problem.
    I added CT10 to my S60 and after first round no maps with draws of shots.
    Strange is that during synchronisation by PC I see info that installation of "Golf Clubs" can not be done due to lack of compatibility.
    Has someone the same problem?
  • I have this only when the watch synchronizes via my iPhone while having rather bad data connection. It would rectify this later on when reception is better or at home via WiFi.
  • Today after ending the round of golf I could not get results on my phone with Android Samsung S8+.
    After retiring home I did synchronisation by USB connection to PC and then I could see results on the phone. Table with results and graphic maps with golf shots are visible.
    On yesterday round I can see only scorecard but not graphic maps with shots.
  • Today again, only GPS route is transferred to my iPhone but no shots recorded. Only sync via GC - USB-PC transferred the shots ("you have items to install").
    This happens only since some days ... what has changed ???
  • Hello Garmin. On a different thread this was identified about a month ago. Any word or update?For some reason it’s syncing on our computers but when we do the scorecard upload through mobile connect it isn’t updating the hole by hole shot recorder.

    same adding notes: this not hole by hole showing in GCM is happening since some days ago, before it was working!
  • @Gerd_NL: You are an apple guy? I have no problems at all with my S60 and the Android App running on my S8+. I sync with my mobile and the scorecards show shot by shot path, as fas as the shot has been recorded by the S60. I add the missing shots online on the connect website.

    yes, I'm using an iPhone. The crazy thing is that is was working with my iPhone since several days ago. Suddenly I had to sync via USB and GC.

    Nothing has changed on my side, no Iphone update, no GCM update, no S60 update ... hopefully Garmin can figure out this and repair ...

    Parallel I'm using Arccos 360 together with my iPhone and it can be that the Golf function on my S60 will only be a shot tracker and quick distance meter for me ...

    I own also the Index scale from Garmin and here also are problems ... if there will be no solutions from Garmin then the decision to say "Good by" to Garmin comes nearer .... :-(

    you may want to just try a round with just one or the other, either s60 or arccos. it could be that the BT and GPS data is being sent to the Arccos instead. i used to use a product called ClubHub and in the beginning it had issues with leaving certain apps open that used my location. so i had to disable location on some apps or just uninstall them from my iphone.

    my s60 with iphone and tracking shots has been much better than i expected. occasionally there are a couple missed shots, usually on my better swings in the round. but definitely 99% of my shots get tracked without issue.

    i got to believe it has to do with you running both arccos and garmin at the same time each round.

    today in the morning 3 timesI played our 6-holes short track. After the first round I checked GC on my iPhone and it shows after sync only the red GPS route. Whe I was hoe I connected the S60 to my laptop and made a sync with GC ("You have items to install"). Only the last round was synced with only the scorecard ...
    This evening I played our 9-holes, after saving and sync with GCM, only the red GPS route was visible. At home after sync with my laptop ("You have items to install") the scorecard and the recorded holes are visible in Garmin-Golf app.

    All the times garmin and Arccos where active parallel. Also in the time some days before, when it works correct (sync via GCM shoed scorecard + rec. holes) Arccos was active parallel. So that can not be the reason ...
