Strange battery drain recently and Wifi sync says transferred completed. 1 file failed.

My watch has been draining battery like crazy(20-30% a day) for past couple days. I am using stock watch face and I normally can get through 24 hours using about 12-15%.  I tried to check my settings and also found out the wifi sync shows transfer completed 1 file failed with red circle. Wondering if it could the reason it is draining my battery. I tried reset the watch and delete data, it doesn’t seem to help. Could the recent update causes all this? 

  • With the latest firmware update from couple days ago, my S50 is still draining battery like crazy. I am losing 24-30% in 24hrs  compared to my usual 12-15%. Sleep mode even drain 8-10% night. I tried reset the watch and wipe data and retest the watch fresh without pairing to my phone at all for a whole day and it still drain the same amount. I tried the battery recalibration method also and it did not do anything with the drain as well. 

    Should I just contact customer support or wait for another possible firmware update? Or is there a way for me to wipe everything and reinstall the firmware again?
