Can you delete enhanced course view maps off watch after playing to free storage? Or does the watch do this automatically?

I noticed that when I used the enhanced course view maps, it said it was downloading. I accidentally downloaded the wrong course and want to delete it so it’s not taking storage space on my watch. Is this something that can be deleted or does it get deleted automatically?

    The enhanced maps do not stay loaded on the watch after the round, as they download each session but need the Garmin Golf app to confirm the Garmin Golf Membership is active and in-use. 

    The regular courseview mapping without the additional detail is installed to the watch, which has space appropriately allocated to the memory to accommodate the courses in-conjunction with the other features on the watch.
