The Premium map is not updated but the normal map is updated for course I regularly play (Chesapeake Golf Club in Chesapeake, VA). Without premium maps, the hole order for the course is updated and correct (based on the latest update), but the premium maps were not updated and reflect the wrong hole order. The two maps are different course hole orderings. Regular map is now correct, but the premium is not. Request an update be made to the premium map, which I have re-downloaded to verify it is still wrong; in fact, I did a complete reset on both the watch and the garmin golf app.
