Approach S50 System Software 6.58 update, My Music volume controls do not work.

I have been using the My Music feature on my Approach S50 since I purchased it with various Bluetooth Headphones. Neither the watch or the Bluetooth volume controls work after upgrading to the Approach S50 System Software 6.58.

Is there a fix or down grade the software?

I updated everything using Garmin Express.

    I am not able to reproduce this on my watch. Are you using the music controls to control what your phone is playing or do you have music loaded to the S50's memory?

    Thank you for coming back to me.

    It is the music on my S50's memory which the volume cannot be controlled from the watches display. Both My Music and Spotify.

    I use AirPods that does not have playback & function controls. This did work prior to the 6.58 update. 

    With my Bose SoundSport, on both My Music and Spotify, volume does not work, where the playback functions do. What I did notice on the Bose; My Music the volume screen is totally Blue and with Spotify it is totally Black.

    The use case for my headphones is the AirPods are used where I want to be more discreet (shopping, driving range etc) and the Bose SoundSport where I need more sound isolation (gym).

    We'll take a look into your setup. I can say with confidence that our recent software has not touched any code related to music/music controls, certainly not in 6.58, but we will take a look regardless. Thank you for the info.

    Ok, so here is what I found:

    The only AirPods I had available were the Pro's, but I got them connected. When I started playing music I went to the volume controls and it was a full blue screen but pressing the down/up volume icon did change the volume, but the screen never changed. I went out and then back into volume and the screen was half blue, but still wouldn't animate if I changed the volume. All of the non-volume playback functions worked for me. 

    I'll get a ticket created for our engineering team to look at.
