Help in posting for Approach S20

New to this forum and no section for help in S20 golf watch.  I have a new laptop W11 and connected  my Approach S20 and it found my S20 and said there were update to courses so I updated them..after I say it seems they updated all around the world and not just North and South America.  There is no "Manage Courses"  and somewhere it said you have no choice to but to put all in before in before you can manage..that seemed backwards..so I did but then error said not enough memory.  So I removed the S20 from the Garmin Express App and tried again..still error..Now when I unplug the watch from the computer and read the watch it says Gold Maps Missing...Should I go back to express and try again but I only want North and South America.

I am hoping someone can help here or tell me where to post my question..Thank you.

    There is, but it is archived as read only because the product was released in 2016 - Approach S20 - Outdoor Recreation Archive - Garmin Forums

    Thank you..so if it is archived how do I get help with the App?  I would assume the App works the same for no matter wht watch you have.  Oddly after several tries and errors on the new Garmin App my watch said no maps so I went back and installed ALL (are these just shortcuts to all map areas available and not installing all the cources for all these areas??)  and then the Option to select regions was available to RE-install but  my local course in CT is already  coming up on my watch so I did nothing at this point.  

    So am I correct when I want to update the North and South Americas courses ONLY go to these selections and REInstall the America one only?

    Thank you for any help you can give me.

    Garmin Express is the program needed to update the Approach S20 installable through the website linked here: exress.garmin.com

    The Approach S20 is not compatible with syncing through the Garmin Golf mobile app. The Approach S20 can sync through the Garmin Connect mobile app to sync scorecards, steps, etc. Then you can view the scorecards through the Garmin Golf app. 

    The only way to update the course mapping on the Approach S20 is through the Garmin Express program on a PC or Mac home computer. More info available through the Garmin Support page linked here: Update Golf Courses and Device Software on an Approach Golf Device
