On going Approach S40 sync failure

On Going Garmin Approach S40 Sync Failure

I have been having an issue syncing my Approach S40 with the Garmin Golf app. It connects no problem but I am unable to sync scores as well as some club changes I have made in the app. I have tried every trouble shooting option I have come across:

• Restart both the watch and the phone
• Deleted the watch from the app and my list of BT devices
• Tried syncing over both WiFi and Mobile Network

Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?
