Ensure Garmin Golf app version 2.13.1 is installed on to your smartphone by checking for updates in the Google Play Store (if using AndroidOS) or in the App Store (if using iPhone). (Garmin Golf app current version as of June 7, 2023).
App is up to date,I input my score into watch and can see it on scorecard on phone,but, i also see shots taken are more than I actually took on course!
That is going to be different compared to the concern reported on your original post.
My suggestion would be to confirm the score on the watch is correct at the end of each hole directly on the screen of the S42.
Using the club prompt feature also allows you to be notified when a shot is detected to select and assign the club...so if you are taking a practice swing away from the ball, etc... you know when and what may be causing the shot to be detected.
As I said the scores on the watch are repeated on the scorecard on the app,but below the score card are the ahots on each hole,and they don't tally with the scores I put in on the watch! If something elsecis going on how can I just get the scores only I put in on my watch?
