auto-count non-putts for scoring

I have a new s42 and was wondering, why entering score is more complicate than on my former watch.

The watch automatically detects the strokes -> why is this not taken into account?

I am thinking about: if you e.g. needed on a par4 3 strokes to get to the green and afterwards 2 putts.

The watch could already offer:

  • Non-putt strokes: 3 (+- buttons)
  • Enter putts: Defaulted to  2 (+-buttons)
  • Entering penalties should only be an option, not something what is offered every time.

The total score could then be summarized.

I would also love to see/update score already while playing the whole. E.g. if you have a penalty drop, I would prefer to enter it directly, not after the green.
