After having used the S42 for a couple months I have found some features that would be nice to see included in the golf software.
1. Pause - when I am playing alone I will often hit my first shot, then if the course is not crowded hit a 2nd or 3rd shot to 'work' on my swing. I do not want them recorded, sometime I will 'switch clubs even if playing in a strong wind for example I might club up and hit a low shot to see what it does. If I could 'pause' auto shot detection and then resume it that would be awesome.
2. Delete last shot - adding the ability to delete the last shot would be great. Weird things happen sometimes and being able to delete the last shot so that we can rehit it would be great, kinda like a mulligan option.
3. Often in the spring/winter the flags are not moved for weeks - even in summer some courses only move the flags a couple times a week. I would like to see an option to set the pin based on location... basically bring the watch up to the flag on the green and set/lock the pin location exactly where the watch is.
4. I noticed when you step on the green the watch detects and switches the screen, I like the last shot distance numbers and use it to see how far a shot traveled it works in the fairway/rough, but you lose the ability to see the last shot distance once you step on the green. So you have to guess the distance from the edge of the green to the ball.
