Approach S12 settings and Garmin Connect 'Activities'

Using my Approach S12 how do I get my rounds of golf appear as 'Activities' within Garmin Connect so I can see time taken, distance walked etc...?

The Approach S12 does not offer the feature of recording a round of golf as a separate activity viewable in Garmin Connect.

This model will only record the scorecard from the round to view within the Garmin Golf app or through the Garmin Connect website.
