Version 5.0 bugs. Screen orientation rotated as well as hitting area

Version 5.0 buggy. GS Pro app keeps switching from landscape to portrait randomly and misreading shots. When it rotates it also changes the hitting area.

I have to exit out of the GSPro connector and reenter for it to work. Why is charging orientation in the first place? This is unacceptable for a $5k device.

They seem to be using code from the phones I guess. Happened to me on Awesome Golf too.

I was contacted by Garmin with some questions about the orientation bug. Just sent my feedback to them. FYI it happens every time using GS Pro and time to failure and number of golf shots to failure varies…

I am having the same issue. Started happening after last update. Hope they see this and fix asap. Was thinking about unloading this and buying a uneekor.

I think he is talking about software code that rotates the screen. It is still doing it on mine.

I just had it happen to me for the first time last night. It happened when I was using Awesome Golf connected to my laptop. I hasn't happened using the R50's native software.

Incredible how they can release buggy stuff in updates....I love the R50 but......really????? I stared seeing this display orientation bug today. This using GSPRO on a PC connected to the R50.

Mine started doing it last night all of a sudden. Ironic thing is I had a buddy come over to check out the R50 as he was considering buying one for a sim he is building in his house. Obviously, he was not impressed with the R50.
