We would like to review this further, but would like some additional information. When this occurs how long is the touchscreen unresponsive? What steps do you take to resolve this?
I have tried holding the power button down for 15-30 seconds to force a reset but the unit just has the same problem when it restarts. I also googled for solutions. One of them was to install Garmin Express on my PC and see if my computer could reinstall the firmware. All that happens is Garmin Express tells me that the unit is up-to-date and doesn’t give me an option to reinstall any firmware.

With regards to how long the screen stays Unresponsive for, it’s a permanent thing and the unit is now completely useless.

Please help me resolve this as my entire Golf simulator Relies upon this launch monitor. Please treat this is as urgent! My set up has cost me over AU$20,000, And is now useless.
