Hello 1114493 We definittely want to get this working again for you. A "Something went wrong error" with tournaments will usually be a connection concern. This will require Wi-Fi. So we would recommend checking your Wi-Fi connection. You can try removing, readding the Wi-Fi network.
Be sure this is a 5 Ghz connection, as opposed to 2.4Ghz.
You may also try downloading courses over Wi-Fi, to ensure this connection is working.
Please let us know if there is no change.
Hi it started working yesterday but it’s happening again today. All WiFi connection settings are as you directed. As for downloading the course, it doesn’t display what course it is so I don’t even know which course to download I look up on pga. What should I try from here?
Did everything you asked but not working again. What should I try from here
1114493 ** Thanks so much for trying that troubleshooting! Upon further investigation, it looks like the Approach R50 is not compatible with the 5 Ghz Wi-Fi connection, it would require a 2.4 Ghz connection. That may be the problem right there.
If you continue to see this message after switching the Wi-Fi connection, I do have a few follow-up questions for you.
• Does this happen when connected to a completely different Wi-Fi network?
• Are you using a VPN on your home network? If so, please disable it.
• Is this only occurring on this past week's weekly tournament or have you noticed it happening on the past several weekly tournaments?
