wrong spin direction in garmin golf app

when uploading a training session on the R50 and opening it in the garmin golf app it seems the spin direction is wrong.  When spin axis has Right angle it mentions a left side sin and the other way aroud. The spin axis direction seems to be correct and matches the face to path

direction.

    Hello  For accurate spin data, it is recommended to ensure the following:

    • Some golf balls have a finish or high visibility color on the cover that makes tracking the dimples difficult. If you are seeing bad spin measurements, place the ball so the logo is facing the Approach R50 to ensure accurate measurements.

    • Make sure that you are regularly replacing your ball, including when you can no longer see the logo. As balls will naturally degrade over time, and not perform as well.

    1. thx for your reaction. But this has nothing to do with setup or ball quality.  On the R50 side spin direction and spin axis are correct. Left side spin left spin axis, right side spin right spin axis. But when saving the data to the garmin golf app the left side spin comes a right side spin and a right side spin becomes a left side spin

    It’s truly unbelievable what kind of answers a Garmin representative gives here. And sadly this happens a lot of time.
