download courses

When I try to download courses for the R50, it shows me courses from over 1000 kms away. How do I get it to see courses local to me. I know I can search for a course but that is a pain everytime I want to add a course.

I noticed in my Garmin profile it shows that my country is US, I am in Canada. Tried to change it but can't seem to do that.

I was hoping this was a hiccup of the day, but I can also report that when searching for local courses, it was giving me courses in India and China. No lie, the top of my local course list, the first entry was listed as being 5600km away. I just settled and gave up and Played something I had already downloaded

Make sure you are connected to WiFi and that your profile is showing you correct location. The Garmin Golf app profile should show your correct location as well if you want to check it there.

I have my Garmin Golf app connected to the same wireless and it shows all local courses, it is just the R50 that won't show me the local courses. It thinks I'm 1000 kms from where I really am. I can still pick courses, it is just a pain trying to find the local ones.
