Last suggested game format that I think would be a lot of fun!
Bing, Bango, Bongo. I love playing this game with my family as it awards points not necessarily on skill. A quick google search provides the setup;
Bingo Bango Bongo is a fun points-based golf game where players earn points for being the first on the green (Bingo), closest to the pin (Bango), and first to hole out (Bongo). Here are the key rules:
Bingo: The first player whose ball is on the green earns one point.
Bango: Once all players are on the green, the player whose ball is closest to the pin earns one point.
Bongo: The first player to hole out earns one point. (this point is removed if putting is disabled or make it the first player to get within the gimmie range if putting is enabled)
The game is played with three points available on each hole (or two points if putting is turned off) and players can earn points by being the first to achieve these activities. It's important to follow proper etiquette, such as honoring the order of play, especially on par-3 holes.
