Garmin, we invested a lot of money for the R50, we work hard for that to please ourselves. Unfortunately today the fun is ruined because of an update that has not been tested. I think an intervention from you on this forum would be a good thing... just a little message to keep us informed of the evolution of a possible correction patch, a forecast date. It would be in your interest because users will leave and I will be the first. I don't put 5000 euros in a product to feel abandoned by the brand. So please keep us informed. Thank you.

    And all we get is crickets chirping.....  they give us NOTHING - no info, no update, NOTHING.

    Hello. We're so sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience after updating your Approach R50. We'd like to know more about your experience so we can work towards resolving that for you and getting you back to your favorite pastime! Could you please let us know what specifically isn't working for you after the update to software version 4.80?

    Seriously??  You have to ask what the issue is??  Just read your own forums!  Im on GSPro for my indoor golf leagues, and no one with an R50 can putt anything under 10 feet anymore - the shots simply dont register!  Also, missed shots are WAY more frequent now than than ever before, and the unit times out with any delay more than a minute or 2 and you have to go back into the controller and force a shot to wake it back up, and half the time it still doesnt register a shot.  You guys bothched this update badly.....
