Just wanted to share what I've been told from Garmin.
I've emailed back and forth with them on an issue I had months ago, and they always reiterate that reaching out to them directly is the fastest way to get issues resolved. Posting in the forum is for user collaboration first and foremost. They've always been pretty quick at responding directly. This is their support email [email protected]
