Since 4.8 upgrade I’ve no green/red light at base or box saying to position ball, obviously no shot data being recorded done a hard reset still nothing?

since the latest update I’m not getting green or red lights or place ball position indicator

obviously no shot date either

done a hard reset still nothing

ive noticed lately it taking an age to load, ie device owner screen just spinning constantly

I'm having the same problem. Along with it not picking up putts.

I've found I have to do a hard reset then on start up go into the new on course practice mode on HTH first to make sure the cameras turn on and read the ball placement. Then I end that session and im able to use any of the other internal or external modes. Frustating yes but it's a work around until its fixed.

sadly didn’t work for me but Garmin support have been great and are looking into it

hopefully a fix is here soon
