You could have withdrawn the update, finalized it, and then released it after careful testing, but now a lot of people are suffering because of your negligence. Who have paid a lot of money, but do not receive the service normally! And you write that someone is working there to solve the problem, but you don't know how long the solution will take! So I suggest you return the version where everything was working properly, and calmly solve the problem, and after the test, release an update! Pay attention to those who work for you and who make such mistakes, it affects the company's image!
Coming from the original Skytrak, I couldn't be happier despite this setback since I got the R50 less than 2 weeks ago. I am sure Garmin will address the issue. I feel the pain of those using the R50 as a source of income in a simulator bay. But for me as a hobbyist, I trust the solution is coming soon since my understanding it was working prior to the latest update.
