Garmin Golf Membership

I have an active Garmin Golf Membership.  I was using my R50 this morning an updated the software.  No trying to log in to Golf Tee Hero is asking for a membership.  I have logged out and back in to the app, factory reset the R50 but still cannot use Golf Tee Hero on the R50.

Any help appreciated.
