Save bug since 4.10 update

Is anyone having an issue with the save session button on practice range since the 4.10 update? When I hit save, it doesn't exit the range session and the menu with save or delete stays on the screen of the unit. It does look like the save takes place as it appears in the garmin golf app shortly after, but to exit the session on the unit I have to click delete.

Also had intermittent issues with course downloads and the screen loading on boot since this update.

  • On my system the save from a pratice works without ussues using 4.10

  • I have not experienced this concern, and have not seen any of the reports from other users having that concern...but I would like to get some additional information from you to review the save button issue you mentioned on our end here at Garmin.

  • I think I’m having the same issue — every time I turn on the unit at the start of a session, I have to delete it, and it takes forever to save.

  • Is this after you have walked away from the unit during a practice session, gone back to the R50 at a later time, and then the power saving has turned the Approach R50 off? 

    Are you ending your practice sessions or leaving them open when you the R10 has been powered off? 

  • Thanks for the replies. I found it wasn't just range sessions it was scorecards too despite me being able to download courses and it wasn't just after standby/returning to a session. However after a week or so and several shut down restarts this appeared to resolve itself.
